Horse Racing. It is definitely best experienced live at the track where you can see, and smell, the horses up close and personal. Being trapped in a city gets you seeing squares and bricks. It was a refreshing break to head out to the race tracks.
We wanted to get there early enough to witness the first race. First post was at 1:15 PM. Due to an unforeseen addiction to Picross for the Nintendo DS, we did not make it in time for the first post. We got there about ten minutes before the second race. We spent about five minutes staring at the betting machines like newbs.
